Jake is a native of Florida. He moved to Tennessee in 2008 to get out of the hectic lifestyle of the big city, the heat, the restrictions, the high taxes and the crime. He will proudly say moving to Tennessee was one of the best choices he has made. He has had a chance to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery, the great weather, and a lifestyle that allows family and ministry time. 

Jake travels annually to Rwanda as a missionary often working with the orphans in the church system and teaching discipleship. He is an Army veteran (3 years Florida National Guard and 3 years active duty) and has been in law enforcement for most of my life. He takes pride in his integrity and work ethic and strives to make purchasing property as stress free as possible.
